Ok me and my friends in our office bought a couple of cases (total of 8 atx cases and 3 motherboards) unfortunately one of the boards failed to operate after 3 days (4th day to be exact) and i was to believe that the items are in good condition the first item had a corroded resistor so I went to Web Devices the next day to have it replaced. Staff told me that I have to wait for tomorrow for the technician. So I got another one and deposited 1T for the new board (imagine I need to make a deposit just to get a working board supposedly and to have the old board tested) btw they don't allow testing of their units at their place. Anyway, the new board was visually inspected and we found nothing wrong. My mistake I haven't proceeded with testing since 2 of my companions board (diff model) are working ok. After 3 days tested the board and no display whatever tested cpu to other board cpu is running as well as the PSU. PMd leningrad re this and asked politely for a consideration but his/her reply
"3 days warranty lang po talaga tayo. "

"ok po, i have just talked to our legal counsel here at the office and I was told that it should not be possible. I was also told to report the matter to dti and bir (re:issuance of receipt with amount more than P25.00 and not registered to the BIR). P1,000 is not a big deal here, I am not just pleased of these kinds of transactions. And as far I know I was not dealing with a person here but a internet cafe company.
I've asked properly for your considerations. And mind you, I am not the only person in our office who is not happy with their transactions.
