In doing any kind of transaction, be sure kung sino ang unang ka deal mo tpos muna usapan nyo ... im waiting for ur reply kung ok meeting place.. then all of sudden ur telling me na may nakausap ka malapit sa place mo without asking me first.....kasi nag close na tyo...
