Barely used, used only as a second phone.
One dent at the top left (see photo). Dropped it during the first week I got it. The dent does not affect the performance.
No other scratches.
Unused headphones and adapter.
Haven't installed games which means that the battery life is still great.
Bought 08/2015 - see receipt.
