basic cost of repair:

repair cost = cost of parts + max of 150 for service +
cost of transpo if meeting place falls beyond
economical meet us location.

my location is las pinas city. transpo cost is zero if meet ups
is within the vicinity of southmall, las pinas up to zapote.
