  Do not ever sell anything to this woman.
  
  She is a very stingy and hard to please buyer.
  
  This woman inquires about a semi defective item that she was interested to buy at around 11PM on October 21, 2009. She personally messaged me about 10 times to ask the last price, haggle, where to meet etc.. I messaged her the last price yet she haggled more so I agreed for the phone was semi-defective. She personally chose the place where she want to meet for the transaction.
  
  I personally live in Paranaque yet I obliged to her to meet at Ministop in Blumentritt/Espana maybe because she lives there. After an hour long inquiry, negotiations and exchange of messages we closed the deal at 12AM.
  
  Our meeting time was 4pm. I arrived at Ministop at exactly 4pm.
  
  I texted her that I was already there, her first reply was "wait lang po". After 10min I texted her again what I was wearing and that I was waiting for he and asked her where she was and what she was wearing.
  
  She answered "wait lang po nagwiwithdraw lang po sa bpi sa tapat" without describing herself or what she was wearing.
  
  Another 5min passed she texted, "Dito na po ako." I roamed around the store looking for a person who wanted to buy my phone.
  
  After 5min I texted her AGAIN what I looked like and what clothes I wore and that I was already waiting for about 20min just standing inside the convenience store..
  
  Then a little girl/woman approached me and said "Kayo po ba yung nagbebenta ng phone?"
  
  In my mind, "Doesn't she know what a green jacket looks like?" For I texted her 3times and I waited for 5min with her inside the store and just looking at me with confusion in her eyes.
  
  Then I showed her the phone let her use and test it. She tested the phone for 10min with me just looking at her - waiting. Then she inserted her sim card. Then gave me the money and left without saying a word. I bade her goodbye and take care and yet she said nothing.
  
  30 minutes later after the deal she called me and said that I need to return to Blumentritt right away to test the phone for her and I cannot come back the next day because she "said" she lives in Bulacan and that the phone was defective.
  
  I cannot believe what she said for I was on the way home, and now she wants me to go back to her again just to test the phone? After her checking everything and reading in the description of the post that the phone was semi-defective in the first place.
  
  Summary: Very Unprofessional, Late, Stingy, and a very Demanding buyer in tipid PC. Beware of takenbyhim28.

  sori medyo late feedback, hintay pa kasi namin yun gagawin mu tungkol dun sa hindi mu pag sipot peru wala ka ginawa na ibang move to catch up. so eto na hinihintay mu.
  
  nag post sya na binebenta nya yung ipod touch nya dito sa tcp (kahit na dapat ay sa tpc) pina text ku sya sa gf ku tutal pareho sila na globe at pareho din sila napasok sa ust. at first hindi sila nag kasundo sa price dahil mababa daw masyado offer namin, so ok hindi na kmi humirit peru nun monday nagtext sya kung interesado pa din daw, sabi ng gf ku uu kung ibibigay nya ng 7.5k, hindi namin sya pinipilit dahil un lang tlga budget ku. nag ok sya at "deal na daw". mit daw mismo sa oras na un weh hindi pwede gf ku, napag kasunduan na "bago mag 8am" kinabukasan (tuesday) magkita sa ust, ilan beses nya inulit un bago mag 8am kasi my klase pa daw sya, so kahit maaga para sa gf ku kasi 9am pa klase nya nag ok na din sya para sa convinience ng seller.
  
  eto na tuesday morning, 6am nagtext sa kanya gf ku nag good morning wala sya response, so kahit hindi sya nag reply weh umalis pa din ng maaga gf ku kasi nga my usapan at deal, so pagdating nya ng ust (galing bulacan) wala pang 8am. tamang tama lang sa usapan, so tinext nya ulet tong seller kung san sa ust mag meet para mapauntahan agad sya, peru wala pa din reply, mag 8:30 am na (usapan bago mag 8am) pinatawagan ku na sa kanya, tinawagan ng gf ku naka ilang cancel sya sa tawag ng gf ku then tsaka sya nag text " my sakit daw sya kaya hindi naka punta sa usapan at hindi daw sya nkapasok" hahahaha tingin mu kakagatin namin yun paliwanag mu? bakit hindi mu pa sinabi na binenta mu sa iba yun item mu kahit my ka deal ka na? panu namin nasabi na binenta mu sa iba? nawala na yun post mu ng ipod touch mu dito sa tcp at tpc so anu iisipin namin, at kung nagkasakit ka nga weh magpapa sched ka ng bago kasi gusto mu n nga mabenta item mu peru hindi un ang ginawa mu!
  
  eto lang ha payo lang sayo, ipag palagay na nagkasakit ka, peru responsibilidad mu na i inform un "ka deal" mu hindi un tatawagan ka pa bago ka magtext! kahit hindi ka makabangon sa karamdaman mu weh dapat iinform mu un ka meet mu ilang oras bago ang usapan ninyo! hindi ka na nahiya kung mapag sabi ka ng oras parang hindi ka marunung ma late, tpos yun hindi ka sisipot?!
  
  anyway tapos na yun, feedback lang ku para malaman ng mga tiga tcp kung anu ka klase ka deal yun lang! kung gusto mu ebidensya nasa amin pa yun mga text ninyo ng gf ku!
  
  guys ingat kayo dito kasi hindi maayos kausap!
