  Forums/Negotiation Messages/Feedback Ratings:
  
  1) Maximum size of image/s posted should not exceed
  800 x 600 or vice versa; strictly two images per post only.
  
  2) Maximum size limit of User sig (signature) should
  not exceed 640 (w) X 120 (h) pixels; one sig per post only.
  
  3) Posting of image/s with advertisements (such as political ads,
  company ads, and links thereto) is prohibited.
  
  4) Posting of image/s the same as the image/s found
  in his IFS/WTB is prohibited.
  
  5) Posting of images in the Feedback is not allowed except User Signatures.
