  i'm really sorry to give you your first negative feedback and tarnish your reputation. However, the extent and gravity of your actions today have definitely destroyed my day. This resulted in broken commitments, cancelled schedules and blemished relationships on my part. You should have told me earlier about cancelling the deal rather than being reactive and only telling me about that cancellation when I was already AT the location WITH the item LOOKING FOR YOU. If this was an ordinary item that I could easily carry with me, I could've easily let it pass. However, this was a CPU, which was quite bulky. Furthermore, I was commuting all the way from Sta. Rosa to Alabang lugging around that heavy but delicate piece of hardware. At least, you could have given consideration to such circumstances that I was in. I do know that you had a bad case of flu, that's why you weren't able to make it, however, a simple text message informing me in advance would have mattered very much to me. AT LEAST, you could've told me in advance that you were not going to make it. My sincere apologies for this feedback.
