Hi guys.
I'm planning on buying a phone from lazada.
Tried to search for something that would at least give me an idea ng customer service/return policy experience ng mga ibang nakabili na from them and found very little threads/blog about it.
So I would like to start this thread by asking you guys who already experience it from lazada.
any feedbacks will do, positive man o negative.
Sana madami magpost ng experience nila para itong thread na to eh makatulong din sa ibang ka tpc members natin na gusto malaman ang service ng lazada.

Bought several items from them..What's nice about them is that you can pay the item through COD, so if you have doubts in paying credit card or bank deposits, it's ok with them. One time I did not like the item that I ordered, so in the box there is a form where you can just fill it up and return to them via LBC for free plus they will refund your money once they received your item. As long as the item is in good condition you can have your money back!hope this helps..

Kung ayaw mo ng sakit ng ulo, wag na wag kangbibili sa Lazada lalo na kung mahal ang bibilhin mo at di COD. Try mong i-ggogle kung ayaw mong maniwala sakin. Kagagaling ko lang sa bad experience sa kanila. I tried to buy a cp. Nacharge na nila cc ko, but then they cancelled it ng simpleng palusot na dahilan, then ngayon, refund, aabutin ng 1-45 days daw. ibig sabihin, gagamitin muna nila pera mo bago ibalik, yun ay kung ibabalik, marami na ding instance na di nila nirerefund yung iba.

binabayaran kasi nila ang mga blogs. i should know, one of my blog, they paid me GC to write about them. Tip ko na lang, basahin mo ang mga COMMENTS section ng mga article na yun at dun mo makikita ang sangkatutak na reklamo sa kanila.

Bought a Mi4i during Lazada launch date dati
Got a defective unit. Overheating, restarting
Had it shipped back to Lazada, it took me about 30-45 days ata before getting a replacement
Basically, they just had the unit shipped back distributor. So same thing lang din kung dinala ko sa service center ng xiaomi
Yung replacement unit, imbes na bigyan ako ng bago, yung unit lang mismo pinalitan, with a different serial number dun sa box
So now, di ako sure kung eligible ba to iparepair sa service center ng xiaomi in case masira din
