Cloudfone 430x / Earphones set problem

  Any Idea of an alternative head set for this phone even from an other brand? I use some for local market and all are not working with mic on skype...also when you while press the remote button while you hear radio the sound is getting louder....Please help

  There is a nokia in ear headset (forgot the model number) wherein you can swap the wires for mic and ground in the mic housing.
