  • ausin muna nila ung signal problems nila. sobra nakaka stress. the money I pay isn't worth the services they give. it takes 1 hour just to download a document.
  • Hopefully, we, sun postpaid unli data plan holder, would have LTE na din.. I would love to have a better speed.. Pero siguro a more stable 3g would suffice na din.. Hahaha.. Planning to get smart unli data once natapos na contract ko with sun.. Sobrang unstable kasi eh..

  • dyusko.. Ayusin muna nila yung signal nila! May LTE na eh yung plan holders na tulad namen hanggang ngayon pawala-wala ang signal

    At take note, nasa Quezon City na kami nyan. Maiintindihan ko talaga yung signal problems kung nasa probinsya kami e. :(
  • bulok na nga ang service nila pati ung bill ko, puro over charged pa. And they want me to settle the bill daw muna tapos adjust na ang nila sa next bill. e halos 2 months ung over charged nila sa akin.
  • @july29 have you tried using smart signal? Yung naka roaming? Sun dito samin palpak dagdagan pa nung dumaan si glenda. Nung nakita ko sa billing na wala charge ang roaming. Try ko mas naging stable connection namin with H+.
  • May naka Data Plan 600 ba sainyo? Ask ko lang saan niyo nagagamit yung 100Php na consumable niyo. Sayang naman kung di gagamitin. Binayaran din kasi. TIA
  • bago binili ng smart sun, super satisfied ako sa service ng sun, but after the merge. walang kenta n ang sun. mukhang mas priority ang smart
  • tried sun's blackberry prepaid plan for 1 day. had to wait for 3 hours before receiving the text that your blackberry has been registered. then that was the time that edge became EDGE. push email was ok. surfing was average since my unit's edge capable only. but the waiting time of 3 hours was frustrating unlike with Globe and Smart BIS that after turning off then on data, network icon becomes EDGE/3G/H instantly.

    Totoo yan. Yun ngang sun center nila sa trinoma laging mahaba pila nung customer service. Kuha ka ng number tapos 10 years kang maghihintay. Nasubukan ko na pumila dun ng 1 hour.

    Na-observe ko lang ngayong araw na to umokay na signal namen, though mabagal pa rin data nya but hindi na sya nawawala.
    Sana tuloy-tuloy na pagaayos nila sa system nila. Wala pa naman bagyo ngayong na parating. haay.
    Nakalock pa kasi yung sa amin for another year. Papaputol na namen to pag natapos contract. Ayoko na ng sakit ng ulo ng sun.
  • hindi sa nagsisimula ako ng away, pero we all know na comparatively, bata pa ang sun sa network wars. now i'm content with my sun signal most of the time kasi nasa cubao area lang ako, pero isn't it our responsibility as subs din na mag background check if ok yung service ng provider within your own area bago mag sign up for any plan? i'm guessing madami ang nagssign up just because may unit na kasama, let's not pretend kasi ganun din ako kaya ako nag sign up sa sun kahit na may smart ako na postpaid plan din. regarding customer service, everytime tumatawag ako for any concern, ok naman yung agents na nakakausap ko, i guess since kinakalma ko muna sarili ko mas nakakausap ko sila ng maayos. . regarding their other plans, wala ako masasabi since naka sun plan 999 lang ako ever since. .there are times na pangit reception ng signal pero signal is affected by multiple factors hindi lang sa provider ang may fault jan. location mo, area mo, may mataas na building ba na pwedeng humarang sa signal,etc. .if ever mag implement sila ng 4G capability, hindi ko sila masisisi kasi competition pa din ng networks yan pero to sign up with sun without proper research on your end is actually your fault pa din. .just my thoughts, no offense meant, and i'm in no way connected with sun. i'm just being objective. :). peace. :D
  • before subscribing to a plan the sun agents check and locates the area concern where it would be used. unfortunately when they check the signal is ok, but when its the actual used in the area concern, its a different thing. I live in Celadon Residences, lots of open space. According to one of the agents of sun, one of the reason I am having problems with my signal is because, my haus is located with the property of Ayala Lands. I can't see the logic in it. Does the agent is trying to imply that the signal of sun is being blocked, just because the Ayala owns globe? Nung nagkaproblem cla sa signal, they didn't advice that there was a problem, not until I complained. Tapos ayaw pa nila irebate ung weeks na d nagamit ung pocket wifi and mobile data. Imagine just to download an ordinary file, it took me almost an hour. ang gulo gulo nila, over billed ako, buti na lag ung isang agent na nakausap binisisi ung bill ko sa record nila. ngaun plano nila pa mag LTE. I think it would be better to fix their existing problem, before make another move to upgrade. wala lang talaga ako choice, kung pwede ko lang iterminate ung subscription ko, I would have, kaso have to pay a big amount for the termination fee. I would have expected more and better service from sun, since I am a postpaid subscriber. But its the other way around. Buti pa nung d pa binibili ng smart ang sun, super ok ang service. now a days, i dont recommend it. the money paid ain't worth it.

    opo hanggang ngayon subs ako ng sun cell. ang kadahilanan naman bakit ako nananatili sa sun cell mababa lang naman ang plan ko at for calls lang naman mainly ang porpose driven life ko kaya subs parin ako ng sun

    wala namang away po dito peace. ito lamang ay aking saloobin kasi ito ang aking naranasan. at ako din ill try my very best to calm down before calling up the hotline kasi meron at meron talagang hindi marunong sa pagsagot o pag handle ng concern ko.

    DATA pinaputol ko sa aking dalawang linya. alam ko na sasakit ang ulo ko pag meron ako nyan. sigurado ako na isa ako sa matatagal ng subs ng sun at hindi ito galing sa tatay o nanay ko

    nakapag compalin na din pala ako sa NTC dahil sa bulok na serbisyo nila

    ito ay akin lamang karanasan at depende padin ito sa ibang subs kung ano ang masasabi nila

  • wag po kayo maniniwala sa mga agent.. ang alam lang nila is ibenta ang product nila and walang alam mga yan sa technical aspect.. They will just create stories para iboost product and takpan kung may mali. It really doesn't make sense na dahil sa Ayala ang Globe, kaya naka block sa certain area? haha stupid answer.. tsk. talagang mahina lang talaga signal niyan
  • meron po bang tondo-area dito? want to try unlimited internet ng sun yung P699/month.. any feedback po if stable ba yung internet sa area natin?tnx in advance.
