Like new, used for about a week, no visible scratches
Bought this wonderful case from Tekki Hub for 900 (if you do want a brand new one I highly recommend buying from them, got mine nicely packaged right on the next day, check their Facebook page for more details), unfortunately have to let it go to raise cash for my N5's repair, need it working asap. If you find that it's priced high, that's because an LCD replacement is also pricey, also the case is in mint condition so that justifies my pricing. Sorry, just really need cash.
