  I've been trying to contact ron for the past two days thru his cel by texting him. I texted him my phone number pa. No reply. Either disconnected na number niya, or he does not answer text messages,dapat siyang tawagan? In any case, I can't contact him, and I feel Ive wasted my time and effort... Hopefully, he could read this and give me any feedback..(any feedback!!!)

  Whe.... about Roni? What can i say.... he's a gentleman and a professional. Imagine, i bought something from him on a tuesday night and when i got home and tested the item, i found out that it was defective. So i immediately texted him and told him of the problem. What did he say? He said "no problem, papalitan ko maski bukas". So that's what I happened, he even picked me up and brought him to his office and without a lot of questions, replaced the item. I used it last night and no problem whatsoever.
