Got a "DDR2 533 256MB Laptop Memory for P900" last Feb. 2, He gave me "1 Week Testing Warranty".

He knows from the very start that my concern is "Compatibility", pero the day after ng transaction namin which is Feb. 3, nalaman ko na hindi compatible yung Apacer 512MB ko & his Nanya 256MB, so I texted him about it saying na isosoli ko nalang yung item which is hindi ko magagamit because it is not compatible, pero ang reply nya is:

"Pre, gumana naman pala, warranty ko lang if sira yan."

I tried to negotiate with him thru text since last Feb. 3 ng umaga, pero up to now (feb.5), no reply from him, kaya masasabi kong "NILOKO AKO" nitong taong ito.

Bro, maayos akong kausap, I tried to communicate with you para ayusin yung problema, pero hindi ka na nagre-reply sa mga text ko, ang sakin lang naman is binigyan mo ko ng "1 Week Testing Warranty" so bakit ayaw mong i-honor, nung hiningi ko yung warranty na yan, compatibility pinag-uusapan natin, kaya wag mong idahilan na ang warranty mo lang is kapag sira yung item.
