  Actually, natawaran ko ng P800 (thru SMS) and kunin ko na lang daw tomorrow kasi pauwi na sya.
  
  Then nung kukunin ko na, I got an SMS reply na nabenta na @ P900 and kakakuha lang ng buyer.

  Sana yumaman ka sa P100 pesos mo na dagdag nung nakasulot sa kin.

  The point is you said YES to P800.
  Not NO, not MAYBE but "YES" as in "OO" as in "PAYAG AKO".
  
  That means we had an agreement that you will sell me the items.
  
  Also, there are no instruction na 1st come 1st serve.
  
  Then when I am about to redeem the item "sori nabenta na ng 900"
  
  Ayusin mo buhay mo tapos ako pa may bibigyan mo ng negative feedback.

  You're right, I beg for the P800 price because, as I told you, my cash on-hand is exactly for the item price and transport fares (makati to bulacan)

  Then kung P850 ang last price, why sell it to P900?
  
  If it is a 1st come 1st serve basis, di sana P850 rin ang price dun sa nakabili.

  Yes there was no reservation but from my point of view (as a buyer) when you replied "CGE" --- this means its a deal regardless
  if there are others that are interested with the item.
  
  Pre, this is TipidPC not ebay or some auction site. Normal na ang tawaran.
  
  I'm a lurker here in TPC and does a number of inquiries if I'm interested sa item.
  
  Pag naunahan ako to buy the item, natry ko rin magbargain to buy it in a much higher price but all of those sellers refused kasi may nauna na sa kin.
  
  And lastly, di ako affected ng negative feedback mo.
  
  What's negative about making "tawad" and reacting to an unexpected event?
