    Just commenting back with your negative feedback po. Nothing personal din. I understand that i said i will get your unit. I mailed you kuhanin ko po unit, i waited till i get a response from you, pero u did not respond promply. Ok lang ive been very patient, while waiting po i searched for the same unit since wala po kayo response agad. ok lang po yon. naka online lang po ako but like you im not in front of the computer lagi. so i checked TCP again got your mail kala ko we dont have a transaction wala ka naman reply, akala ko ur not interested and baka rin may kumuha na na iba. so ok lang. now may reply ka, sabe you will see me, and got another mail asking kung tuloy tauyou but it was very late. . sinabe ko sa u na, i would like to get the unit po pero sana 2k kasi nga market value nalang neto is 2500 i explained na kung ibebenta ko pa po eto wala po ako kitain. and dun ka na po nagsimula magalit, wala po ako sinabe na di ko kunin ang unit. i was asking kung kaya neto 2k. kung tutuusin we never had a close deal since u did not respond to my msg agad. siguro po ikaw u will not waste ur time din waiting for a response na hindi mo pa naman alam na sa u i grant talaga unit, alam naman natin na may iba na pwede mgka interes sa unit. Next time nalang po, never assume a close deal when its not really a closed deal. Kawawa po ung customer nabibili ang papapala sa u negative feedback. Make sure po na close mo ang deal din para di po kayo magkaroon ng conflict. cguro try to ask your customer if its a sure deal na, not that ur assuming na close na po ung deal like what happend po to us. Again, I have nothing against you I am just defending myself. Salamat.

    Im sorry for this delayed response. Just a comment on your negative feedback. Sir i can say that i did say na ako kukuha ng unit mo. we were still under negotiation pa rin because i have been asking you some questions pa and you did not respond promptly. sir dont ask me to waste my time waiting for your response. online selling tayo sir we are not sure kung sino buyer mo at sino matinong seller. ayon sa mga oras na pag uusap natin na naka lagay pa time mo u will see the latest time kung ano ka nagmessage. it was too late. ngayon would u think interested sa u seller if you are not responding to questions agad? ang pag tawad its normal. ano asahan mo lahat tayo halos seller dito. You know what, you are someone na dapat pag hesitate - tan ng inquiries kasi u are assuming that you have a close deal even if andyan ung client mo nagtatanong pa and ur not responding tapos ikaw pa may lakas mag negative feedback. baka lang po after ur clients turned you down, saka ka bumalik sa akin tapos ako pingbubtunan mo ng galit mo maybe because im ur last option? i know that u have a number, i got u here, we talked here, i waited here. ano iisipin mo if your seller is not responding agad? hindi interested diba? as an online seller po naisip mo po ba na pwede pa magback out client mo or they can chose a better deal while u are not responding promply? matagal na po kayo dito nakikita ko po, i know po alam mo yan. Alam mo po pag intindi lang yan sa sitwasyon. siguro dapat mo alamin din kung bakit nagkaganun, ano rason kung bakit failed ang transaction. di puro negative feedback lang ang makukuha ng buyer mo sa u. check mo lahat sir di puro side mo lang.

    Payo ko lang din po sir siguro attend your customers inquiries. I cant waste my time waiting for your response and sir just to let you know po. You were online to answer my inquiries. So theres no reason for you not to answer here. Think kung ikaw yong di sinasagot ng seller. Siguro no response means not interested diba? Im not a good negotiator? Look who is talking. Di po kita kilala. So i could not say na saken mo bibigay din ang unit talaga baka may kumuha na di ka na tinawaran. Think of it marami naman ganyan dito. Deal na, pero pag may kumuha ng unit na mas mataas ang bili dun na. bitawan ang unang inquiry. I just hope that you get my point.
