  sorry. i have to give this negative feedback. should've done this eons ago but i hoped that it would be repairable.
  
  We swapped units. Your phone na as you said was worth 18.5k in the market with my unit na super kinis (98% smooth nga nilagay mo sa ad mo dba?). You told me na okay lang straight swap kahit na mas mataas value ng unit mo (8k) than my unit (6k) kasi I really had no money. Okay, I agreed. I went to Bulacan just as you asked because I thought it�s fair enough (dahil wala talaga akong pera nun). Pamasahe lang talaga pera ko nun. Anlayo ng Bulacan sa amin (it took me 3 hours) but i still went sa Bulacan because, as i have told you, i want a gadget that has a high mp camera and mp3 player/video viewer in one. I want it badly.
  
  You told me that your phone has no defects. I was VERY disappointed because the battery only lasts for a day. Standby mode pa yan. It only lasts 2-3 MINUTES when i'm using video recording/camera. Yes, that's 2-3 MINUTES, not hours. YOU DID NOT MENTION THAT (EVEN WHEN I WAS RAVING ABOUT HOW I WANT TO USE THE CAMERA CONSTANTLY). It was partly my fault because I did not take pictures or record using the videocam during our meetup. I just checked whether or not the cam was working. Kaya pala hawak ng boyfriend mo yung phone nung pinakita sakin yung camera feature. The time I discovered na mahina batt nung phone, I decided na hindi na magreklamo kasi hindi naman ako nagadd ng cash. Yung cash nalang na iaadd ko sana ang ipapambili ko ng battery. I trusted you too much kasi you were nice naman. Besides, i really love the clear camera of this phone that I don�t want to return this that time.
  
  THAT PERSPECTIVE CHANGED. i bought a brandnew batt because nun lang ako nagkaroon ng extra money for a thing that is not a necessity. So I went to the mall as soon as it opened and bought battery for this one. I thought the issue would be solved but alas! IT WAS NOT. It was then that i asked someone who owns a unit of the same brand if this is really the case and he said that it is definitely not (as do common sense would say). This left with the high probability of the unit having some problems.
  
  
  WHAT ELSE ARE THE OTHER DEFECTS OF THIS UNIT? HOW MANY OTHERS WOULD I DISCOVER?.
  
  I saw that you posted my unit up on sale the same day we swapped units, around an hour after we swapped (yes, i tracked that). Hmm. i thought gustong gusto mo ng iTouch kaya pumayag ka na straight swap? okay lang naman na sabihin mong nagbabuy and sell ka basta honest ka lang sa mga binebenta mo..
  
  TCP members, be careful when dealing with them. Be sure to ask them every tiny little detail �cause if you don�t, they won�t mention. And don't take their word for it, test whatever they're offering. And if what they're offering is too good to be true, expect that there might be hidden defects in it. Think about what you�re going to do a thousand times.
  
  

  I know that you are aware of this problem that�s why you agreed that it�s okay if I don�t add cash even though, as you�ve said, �luging lugi� ka, right? straight swap a unit worth 8k to a unit worth 6k? No business-minded person would do that. .
  
  The night after our transaction, I got my answer as to why you agreed on straight swap. I�m not stupid just too trusting and too hopeful for something that�s too good to be true.

  ate, kung naninira ako sana matagal nako nagnegative sayo. sana tinadtaran na kita ng negative feedbacks pati dun sa account that you used in posting my iTouch.
  
  But it does not necessarily follows that if a person has several good feedbacks under his/her name, the deals are always okay. And it does not mean that if somebody posted a negative feedback, "gagawin lahat para makapanira ng tao". That's illogical unless the person who gave the negative comment has no basis or evidence. Hindi ba pwedeng ang negative feedback is my way of relating my experience in dealing with you (or any other person)? Kaya nga Successfully completed a deal with this user? Or had a deal gone bad?   Kung masama lang akong tao, i carried out the plan that was on my mind para mabawi ko yung itouch ko (and as a consequence, there's no negative feedback here whatsoever) but i did not. Tapos you're telling me na naninira lang ako? That irked.
  
  Here's the thing pa, buti nalang chineck ko yung account mo sa tcp and saw you na online so i message you agad. kung hindi siguro ako nagpm, di mo siguro sasagutin yung text messages na sinend ko sa iba't ibang number, pati yung nakasave dito sa LG. days ang inantay ko para magreply ka, not a few hours. di ko nga alam kung magrereply ka talaga kung hindi lang kita napm dito sa tcp. Oo, naiintindihan kong pagod ka kasi sabi mo nga burol ng lolo mo. pero kahit yung pinakaimportanteng tanong ko kung nabasa ba yung unit kasi baka grounded nga daw, di mo sinagot. ilang segundo lang pagtype ng oo o hindi, ate.
  
  
  Binigyan kita ng positive feedback nung una di ba? Right after our transaction. Kasi nice naman kayo kadeal kahit malayo pa pinanggalingan ko. Ni hindi ko nga alam kung sayo ba talaga yung unit o sa boyfriend mo kasi siya panay kausap ko eh. siya na yung nagsesalestalk. I give reasonable feedbacks when i have every reason to do so, be it negative or positive.
  
  
  as i told you, if you really want an evidence, i'll give you or i'll post it here. but it's pointless to do that. di na rin mababalik itouch ko, right?it's just unfortunate that the first time i made a deal with a mobile phone here in tcp was such a disappointment. nakakadala. kahit sino naman magtataka kung bakit kaya swinap yung LG KM900 Arena valued at 8k to an iTouch 1st gen valued at 6k (or even less) kung walang defects, di ba?. kala ko naman kasi you're one of the few na mabubuti kasi okay ka naman kausap sa text. sana sinunod ko nlang yung sinabi ng isang tao na wag ko nalang ituloy ung pagswap kasi nakakapagduda. wala na, tapos na eh. regrets nalang ang meron ako. i really hope na ang next deals mo ay okay. sana i am the last one to post a negative feedback.
  
  
  Pasensya na kung mahaba, talagang frustrated ako dahil hindi ko magamit ng maayos 'tong unit niyo. pinagipunan ko ng sarili kong pera yung itouch ko eh. Kahit naman pinsan ko yung unang may-ari nyan, di naman yan binigay lang sakin eh. Student ka rin naman tulad ko kaya alam mo kung pano pagipunan ang isang bagay na gustong gusto mo unless sobrang yaman mo na laging may pera. Well, buti ka pa nga may boyfriend na nagbibigay ng LG at kung ano pang high end fones sayo. When you've had a deal gone bad, you'll know what i'm feeling.

Sorry, i just feel i need to dispute na hindi ako taong gagawin ang lahat makapanira lang. Pinost mo SIGURO yun para naman kapag nagcheck yung iba how i posted this and they'll check mine, that feedback will plant a seed of doubt in their heads. That irritates me as i am the one who was aggrieved here. Para kasing sinsabi mo pa that i was the one who lied, that all my ranting was for naught. i hope this ends here. Itatry ko nalang isalvage yung phone. if not, pamigay ko nalang sa iba baka mabato ko lang sa pader sa sobrang inis ko eh.
