  JSTEOFISTO... He is a REALLY NICE BUYER although our first scheduled transaction (Oct. 24) was not able to push through because of some personal matters. I understand the situation so I reserved the unit for him.. Until yesterday, Nov. 06, 2011 he already bought the unit.. We had a very cool and smooth transaction. Got a new friend too in him!
