  Im very happy to be the first one to post very positive feedback to JM. He was an honest seller. Very accommodating and even treated me ice crusher. He walked me through with the basic functions and even thought me to install themes and games. He's not like other sellers that once you give the money they suddenly seemed so eager to go,

  Eto lang masasabi ko, the buyer/seller has the right to change his mind even in the last minute of the deal. Khit sbhn pa ng seller/buyer na close deal na cla. We all know, na likas sating mga pilipino ang pgging impulsive,lalo na sa materyal na bgay. If the buyer suddenly change his mind on the last minute,there is something wrong. That means hindi ganung ka-solid ang naging deal ng 2 sides. Importante kasi ma-solidify ang deal,or else may chance tlagang mgbackout. Theres no one to blame here,neither the buyer nor the seller. Dapat pa nga tyo mgpasalamat kung may times na nagbabakout ang buyer/seller sa last minute kesa naman gumasta k n ng pamasahe,time and everything saka tyo mgbbkout. Mas mgnda na ung ahead of time nassbhan,kht last minute pa sya.
  
  Nung una,nag 2 isip ako sa taong to,dhl nga sa nbsa kong negative feedback sa kanya pero narealize ko-theres nothing wrong if i try.. And im confident na solid ang deal naming 2,mararamdaman naman ng both sides yun e. Kahit medyo impulsive type sya,normal naman stng mga pilipino yun. But, as a good seller- you must know how to handle this kind of buyer. Or else there will be chances na magbbkout sya kung kulang ang sagot ng seller sa lahat ng inquiries ng buyer. Hindi lng benta ka ng benta, as a seller,you must know how to really close a deal.
  
  Honestly, this buyer is VERY NICE, ACCOMMODATING AND VERY APPROACHABLE. Dika mahihiya sa kanya dahil NAPAKADALI NYA KAUSAP. WALANG HASSLE, WALANG HAGGLING. Very smootg talaga ang naging transaction namin..JM, Thanks daw pla sbi ng sister ko.. :)
  
  Im not saying all this just to uplift him or para tabunan ang negative feedback nya, im saying these things for the benefit of the future buyer/seller of this guy. Lagi nyo lang tatandaan, there is always to sides of a coin kya nagkakaroon ng pgbbkout. Make sure as a seller/buyer.-learn how to solidify your deal and everything will work just fine.. :)
