  Consider this as a NEUTRAL FEEDBACK. I'm not entirely happy but she doesn't deserve a negative feedback nonetheless.
  
  She didn't deliver the entire package as we agreed (iba yung box at wala yung receipt) but since it was a good offer, I could not resist but to grab it nevertheless. Now I'm forced to provide a feedback just to mark the date for the warranty.
  
  But I would highly suggest that you always as in always try to deliver what you commit. There aren't too many people as trusting as me, bata ka pa naman and you still have a lot to learn and I have no intention, by all means, to ruin your business just by a simple negative feedback. Although you must realize that you can grow so much more by being sincere and completely honest to your customers thereby promoting loyalty.
