Thanks sa LG G3 D855. 30 minutes early ung nagdeliver ng item. Although may nakita akong minor problem sa unit, they replaced the unit after I visited there store in ortigas. Ok ang customer service very professional.

Hopefully a constructive comment for customer service improvement of what I think is a good store with a good owner and a good price...
I already bought Xperia C3 dual and just last Feb.18, 2015, Xperia Z1. Sure I was happy with the previous transactions. The first one was even with the son of the owner and he was nice and accommodating. The next one was with the staff.
That day I also wanted to buy another Xperia C3 dual for my aunt but they said it is out of stock. They got my number and told me that they will notify me once they have a stock. Told them to reserve one black unit and that I will pick the unit up and pay at their Makati store in one or the most two days after informing me (that includes the day I was informed, so the most would just be actually the day after). They said yes. I appreciated their kind gesture. Then just now, I happen to check the internet hoping that there is already an available unit because my aunt is leaving on Monday (February 23, 2015) and I need to give it by then so she can bring it with her abroad. Of course it could have been better if earlier. Then I found out that new units are available (posted) since Feb.18, 2015. That's basically the same day when I went. I went earlier that day, they said no C3 dual available. Went back at night, still they said no C3 dual. That's why I only bought the Z1 then instead of both. I live in Manila and it's not easy going there due to the traffic and difficult parking in their area, that's why if the units were both available then, it would have been more forgiving having a single transaction with them. I don't like meet ups coz sometimes it's nice to check other units too.
I understand that this is business and they of course want to sell their products, so I would like to believe that the units could have arrived between around 7pm when I left and the 8pm closing time (even if they already posted the availability of the C3 dual at 12:54pm, as I see it now).
The issue here so far (with all leniency) is just customer service. Now, I just informed them of this situation and still hoping they have reserved one for me coz if not I'll be forced to get a unit at another supplier due to time constraint, though only P200 difference with the closest competitor (the aforementioned unit in particular), my trust is still here at Hotgadgets - so far. The staffs represent the business as well, they are under the store's supervision and carry the name of the company. I believe Hotgadgets does not deserve the negative feedback due to the staff/s negligence, so I hope the staff/s reflect even on simple things such as this and learn from it. It's hard to build a good reputation, the owner has worked hard to earn it so please come back to your senses and act accordingly. Realize your purpose in the company, why you applied there and why you are there in the first place. Firing you won't help. Your learning/improvement will, both to yourself and to the company. As they say, nobody is perfect... we all learn everyday.
By the way, no reply yet since it's kinda past their store hours. We'll see...

Just purchased a galaxy note 4. hindi man local na version nakuha ko sa kanila pero sulit na sulit dahil nga fresh from the box dahil sealed. Thanks kahit 8pm nakl dumating at closed na kayo nakahabol parin ako due to my reserved item.
