  had a fast and hassle-free transaction with sir richard. bought a 256mb pc133 sdram from him in a very very very cheap price. ask nyo na lang sya how much yung "cheap" price hehehe.....
  
  sir, gamit ko na po yung item. tested it using docmem and passed the said test. hindi ako nagkamali when i decided to have a deal with this guy. Sobrang Okay Po yung item. im really thankful that i met you sir. you're an asset here in TPC community!

  Nice guy to deal with, makwento at maraming alam sa mga di ko pa alam. Kagaya ng mga hindi ko na dapat malaman ay pinapaalam parin... (hehehe). Magaling din sa programming at database. Got some fancy tips too!

  Bro, pasensiya na dahil hindi kita puwedeng bigyan ng positive feedback; alam mo din naman bakit hindi naging maayos ang transaction natin. Sana tanggapin mo comments ko in the way na binibigay ko siya -- learning experience.
  
  If you want to be successful as a contractor for programming & have a reliable reputation, avoid these things you've done during the deal we've had:
  
  - Do not tell the contractor that you're confident enough with your skills and commit to delivering a specific set of tasks on a specific date, and not deliver
  - A missed deadline is usually permissible; missing several is a major concern
  - When your client diligently follows up and basically asks, "How are things so far?", be courteous enough to give a response -- two weeks of nothing is something
  - Professionalism goes a long, long way
  
  Again, I apologize for having to put in such details; but it wouldn't be fair to you and me kung negative feedback lang, and the next person reading it won't know why that's the case.
