I called him morning for the meetup he said he has work till 2pm and we can meet after that but he said he might go on overtime. So I said lets said, let's settle nalang gabi sa megamall. I even texted him "see you mamaya". before I went to the meeting place I informed him that I'll be there 7pm.

He didn't showed up on the agreed place...
never texted m nor informed me that the meet up is cancelled.

It is like he's not interested selling his Iphone 4s... be careful dealing with him as you might end up wasting your time
