  The item concerned is an iPod Mini. We were supposed to meet yesterday noon, but he cancelled at the last minute, saying that he left the unit in his uncle's car. He proposed to meet today instead and I agreed.
  
  I sent him several text messages this morning to confirm the deal, but he didn't reply. Neither did he answer the phone when I tried calling him up. He only replied when I told him I was about to give him a bad feedback. He then answered with a text message saying that the item was already sold by his uncle.
  
  This guy has had several good feedback before (using a different handle), but this merits a bad one. Point is, you should not commit if you're not absolutely sure that you can fulfill it. All you had to do was tell me straight.
