Samsung Warranty without receipt

  Will samsung honor cellphones na nasira within the year kahit walang resibo? Kahit may ntc at nakuha yung unit sa smart or globe?

  Sa ibang service center pumapayag sila pero ang basehan yung manufacture date at hindi purchase date. Sa ibang service center naman talagang di pwede pag walang OR.

  Ay ganun po ba? Hirap kasi bumili ng second hand pag wala or or delivery receipt kahit galing globe or smart...

  Got my tab repaired, no OR. hingi ka ng certificate from your telco for warranty purpose.
  
  samsung north edsa service center staffs are friendly.
  
  ito pa ang maganda sa pagparepair ko ng tab, saktong last day ng warranty. after 1 week ok na. board replaced.

  I think asking for O/R by service centers is not customer-friendly, and not necessary.
  
  This kind of practice should be STOPPED, and reported to DTI.

  Pwede naman yan. Report ka sa dti. Susunod din naman si samsung diyan pero pahihirapan ka muna. Kaya kung pwede naman itago na lang resibo para mas madali buhay, yun na lang.

  kailangan mo lang ng certification letter from globe/smart and it will be valid document.
