Is it safe to do factory reset if your phone is rooted with custom rom?

  Question to all lang po...newbie lang po, ok lang po ba magfactory reset if ung phone mo po is rooted with custom rom? safe po ba?

  baka mas okay if thru the recovery (TWRP or CWM or whatever) mag-reset.
