  anong case gamit nyo for this phone? wala pa daw kasi available for our phone sa cherry mobile. Meron ba third party cases or kahit case for ibang phones na kasya ung device natin? Ano pala gamitnyong launcher? Currently using apex, pero baka meron pang ibang launcher na mas memory efficient. Thanks

  bought a thunder yesterday, evening stayuman cm store, 4,999 plus yun pinaki usap sakin ng magndang sales nila na sa kanila nalan ang protector, alam ko mahal ang 150, pero ok lang, pero an nakaka bwisit, an dali magasgas ng kanilang screen protector,kaya i feel pang 50 lang price ng plastic na ito, mag papa matte ako bukas ng screen protector,
  
  nag ikot kami sa buong sm tayuman at manila, walang casing ni malapit lang sa sukat, pero wala tlaga, buti nalang at member ako dito sa tpc at nakita ko ang post ng ka member natin at ok nako baka 2 pa ang aking bilin, reserba silicon case,
  
  ok naman an performance, ingat lang sa mga naka open, kasi pag nasabay an malakas kumain ng mem na game ay parang meron lag or babagal, pero hindi pansin kun hindi ka sobra (as in sobrang arte, 5k lang po kasi itong phone eh) maganda ang performance, lahat umandar, i just make it a point na 2 or 3 lang ang open kong app para sure na gagana lahat at walang bagal na mangyayari,
  
  the battery 1700mah lang ata ito not 1800mah , pero with some setup adjustment like pag off ng mga hindi kailangan app ay matagal talaga sya, mga 1 day of normal use ay palagay ko ay tatagal, kasi nakuha ko ng 7pm ito at 65% an battery nya, ofcourse bago po kaya puro kalikot ako at download at test test sa mga nabasa ko dito, pero 3am na ng umaga ay meron pang 10%, (less byahe at kain- yun 65% to 10% ay nasa 7 hours of continued used at may 10% pa, mga 1.5 hours pa cguro an 10% sa normal use, so kun full charge at nag oofice kalang at konting laro at net sa wify at ilang min na tawag at puro txt lang, ay ok na ok ang 1700mah na battery nito, no need for power banks or dalin ang charger sa office.
  
  wify connection is good, normal naman sya, kun ano ang kaya ng notebook at netbook ko ay kaya nya din sa signal, my router is in our 2nd floor and kaya nya kumuha ng signal even in 4th floor, ng rooftop namin, so malakas at matino
  
  txt at call, basta ok ang signal ng telco ay mabilis, screen is real good, hindi ako maarte sa screen pero iba ang clarity ng screen, i dont go for the numbers ng mga company kasi meron matataas na resolution, pero hindi ok sa mata, but the thunder ay malamig at hindi nakaka pagod,
  
  iam not an expert in any way sa android po ha, iam just happy with this pinoy brand that carry this chinese made cellphone (coolpad ata ito), mahusay na silang pumile sa mga cell vendor ng matino.
  
  yun lang an masasabi ko sa unit kong cherry thunder, wish lang sana meron silang 1 gig mem nito, miske wala na ang flash sa camera, kasi feel ko mahina din naman na aabot ng led flash ng mga cell,
  
  also the camera, just tried it sa indoor normal light condition ok ang pics na kuha ko, even kagabi, ok naman an mga output nya, malayo sa mga dslr pero near or same ng normal point and shoot camera, kaya ok na din.
  
  yun lang po guys at thanks sa mga input nyo, i know nothing sa mga root at mga advantage, pero kun meron gagawa an i will just pay, ay pagagawa ako, pero ano ba ang advantage po at mga mang yayari pag na root ito po,
  
  also- ano ba ang tawag sa keypad ng old cell phone yun sana ang gusto ko sa thundr ko pag naka portrait, at mag qwerty pag naka land scap ang hawak, also yun walang auto correction or suggestion, kasi nakaka bwisit ang may auto correct magulo pag nag txt ka ng tagalos kasi,

  T9 Keyboard ung sa old cellphones. Medyo laggy ung built in keyboard kapag nagtytype kaya i use Thumb keyboard.
  
  Turn off mo lang sa setting>language and input para walang auto correction and suggestion.

  thanks sir sa tip para ma alis an auto correct, may na download din po akong app para maging t9 pag naka portrait na hawak at nag quesrty pag naka landscape sya,
  
  update: gps:
  
  iam in our room, then turned on my thunder gps, in 30 sec, it was able to connect with the satalite, then when i view my area in the map, it was dead on, maybe 10 meters from my actual place, what can u ask for a 5k phone,
  
  battery life update:
  
  9am - 100% full, -
  
  with the usual morning and afternoon calls from clients and numerous texting, and roughly 3 hours of gaming, and 6 hours of doing net surfing . (the wify is always on)
  
  now 12:15 am -
  
  battery is in the 21% range, this 1700 mah is good for a day and a half or even more, if your just a normal user with only some txt and some surfing being done.
  
  a true believer now of this china phone, i cant make a test on reliability of this unit but with some care i think this will last more than a year with me,

  CWM AND TWRP Recovery for Cherry Mobile Thunder,
  
  Read this: DAPAT NKA USB KAU SA UMPISA PRA GUMANA AFTER NUN PDE NG WLANG USB
  
  
  para lang po sa cm thunder po wag nyo po itry sa ibang phones,
  
  i will not be responsible for any loss or damage, try at your own risk
  
  d ko po ito na try dahil hindi ako CM thunder user, nagpatulong lang ang isang member ng group na to,
  
  1. download CWM images (<click here for link>)
  
  2. rename nyo ang file na recovery.img then lagay sa sa root ng sdcard (wag sa folder)
  
  3. download latest mobileuncle tool via playstore, then Open app,then click recovery update
  
  4. dapat nakasalpak sa usb with pc first then close nyo muna yung data connection or wifi para hindi mag scan ng ibang recovery.img online, kapag na detect na ung nilagay nyong recovery.img,click nyo lang then mag rerestart sa cwm yan,
  
  
  1. download TWRP images (<click here for link>)
  
  2. rename nyo ang file na recovery.img then lagay sa sa root ng sdcard (wag sa folder)
  
  3. download latest mobileuncle tool via playstore, then Open app,then click recovery update

  if hindi nag boot sa cwm, download nyo ung stock recovery nyo para maibalik sa dati flash nyo using mobileuncle din, hindi alam nyo iflash sa sp flash tool dun nyo nalang gawin, if hindi naman successful ung pag flash hindi naman ma bbrick ung fone o magbobootloop , hindi lang gagana yung recovery(yung volume up+power) pero pede ibalik kasi may stock recovery naman)

  ingatan nyo lang yung unit nyo, kapag yan nasira at dinala nyo sa service center nila, wag na kayong umasa na mabilis nyong makukuha. mahigit isang buwan na yung stellar ko sa kanila, gang ngayon di pa din binabalik. irereklamo ko na sa NTC. nakakabadtrip yang CM buset na yan.

  hilhil napakarami po sa mga malls , kun walang pang thunder, nag llapat sila ng generic at ginagawan ng mahusay na mga butas at ilalapat, ikot ikot po, sa lahat ng cell phone area, napaka rami po

  Need help guys, na stuck ako sa CM logo, i tried wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache sa recovery pero ganun pa din pag boot. Sana may makatulong!

  sori wla akong alam sa ganyan.. pag nag tweaks ka tlaga ng fon, u should know how to fix it.. happy nko sa stock rom..
