- All our units are covered with \"One Year HOTSTOP MOBILE SERVICE WARRANTY.\" (Labor Warranty Only)
- Repair (if mishandling) and Parts Replacement must be charged by the Customer.
- Any Mishandling issues such as Water damage and Software update or even Dead Pixel may be a cause for our warranty to be VOID.
- Water Test upon meet-up is Prohibited.

3 DAYS OF REPLACEMENT
- We are not Replacing \"ON THE SPOT\" the unit that is still under 3 days replacement policy is required to undergo for 3-5 days diagnosis period.
- The unit must be proven a Factory defect before replacing.
- Strictly no replacement for the units that have SCRATCHES, DEADPIXELS, SOFTWARE MODIFICATION, WATER DAMAGE, JAIL BREAK AND MISHANDLING.
