  seller is a nice guy, but he was not honest about the blackberry bold 9900's condition - on broad daylight, you can see that the screen has been replaced or removed and improperly reattached. dust is found on the screen. we met at night so it was not possible to see the extent of the phone's problems. would have been ok if he was forthright about it.
  
  i would like a refund if possible.
