  sir gulo mo kausap. ang linaw ng usapan meet up sa ayala tapos sa last min bigla mo sasabihin cancel ang transaction natin sa HTC Desire mo.. Next tim be true to your words.. Wag ka magpaasa dahil sinasayang mo oras ng mga taong interested sa item mo.

  No problem sana sir kung earlier k nag-cancel. kaso less than one hour before ng usapan natin ka nag-cancel. Dapat umaga ang alis ko pauwi ng province pero nagstay pa ako sa manila dahil my deal tayo. Sana wag mo gawin sa iba yan.

  I got the same problem. Cancelled the deal 2 hours before the time. Said something like his sister brought it to province and will be available by next year.
  
  Now he is selling it to others. Something's fishy.

  Beware on dealing with this guy, bka mabiktima kayo ng *cancel deal alibi* nya.
  
  i think you better do the right thing sir para walang masabi sayo. oo madami kang positive feedback, pero i think marami ka pang nabiktima sa pamimili mo ng buyer. Yung mga taong napaniwala mo sa alibi mo na di lang nag-negative feedback sayo. Kapg nakakita k ng mas mataas n offer, iccancel mo yung sa iba. kawawa naman.
