  This seller is very unprofessional! We negotiated more than half day and we both agreed for a meet-up in the afternoon (may oras at lugar pa siyang naka set) but at the last second biglang nag back-out. Porket OT daw siya yun pala yung isang kausap nya is malapit sa lugar niya, ayaw na nyang mag exert ng effort to meet half-way (na nag agree siya nung kausap nya ko). Do you think its a valid reason? nag agree naman ako sa asking price mo at ako ang una mong ka deal (YM log will prove this). Sa susunod isa isa lang muna ka deal mo para hindi ka naguguluhan at maaga pa lang sabihin mo na agad na hindi pwede para hindi ka nagpapaasa ng tao.
  
  Sa business mas mahalaga ang "word of honor" kesa sa kita. Chaka kailangan kang mag exert ng effort (lalo na kung ikaw ang seller) para umasenso.
