Sorry but i have to give you a negative feedback since you did not comply to the 1 month warranty you gave me with the SE Xperia 10 mini pro you sold me.

I bought a SE X10 Mini Pro from sir Blaine_ph. He initially gave me 1 week personal warranty but i requested for a month so i can fully test the item and he agreed. At first i noticed some old sms left on the phone saying the screen hangs. I also experienced this my self but discarded it hoping it can be solved by updating it to Eclaire(Android 2.1). Unfortunately, it did not. I still observed the item still hoping that the problem will go away but did not.

Finally, i contacted him few days back, which is still under the agreed 1 month, inquiring about the problem and requesting for a refund but he said i should have told him earlier and he already dont have the money to give me a refund. I was already generous enough to observe the item first since i don't want to waste both our time. He just told me to just sell or swap the item.
1 - knowing the item has a defect, the value of the phone will definitely be a lot lower.
2 - with the defect of the item, what will be the swapping value of this?

Credit to the guy since he apologized that he can't give my money back but apology alone won't get my money back either.

So bottom line is:
1.) not recommended since he is not a man of his word. (sorry if i sound rude)
2.) no aftermarket support/assistance man lang.
3.) did not tell me of the hidden defect of the item.
