  Don't ever deal with this person. Uubusin lang oras at effort nyo sa kanya napaka-walang kuwenta kausap talaga. Ako pa masigasig kasi super dali ko kausap pero wala talagang isang salita ang tao na ito.
  
  Here's the story:
  
  1. PM'ed me na he will get it daw ng Friday, June 5, 2013. May nauna sa kanya so sabi pag hindi kinuha sya next in line which I did since hindi na makontak yung naunang magpa-reserve.
  
  
  
  
  2. July 1, 2013 nag-confirm sya ng deal so ako naman sabi ko sige madali naman ako kausap. My record in TPC and TCP will speak for itself ako na yata pinaka-flexible na taong makakadeal nyo sa both sites pero hindi naman dapat abusuhin.
  
  
  
  
  3. On July 5, 2013, I called him up around 10am to confirm our meetup to complete the deal and he told me he can't so sabi nya Sunday, July 7, 2013 so sabi ko sige okay lang sya pa nga nakiusap kung pwede na sa SM North na lang kami mag-meet sabi okay lang naman so akala ko naman matino na usapan namin.
  
  4. On Saturday, July 6, 2103 around 6pm I texted him to confirm our meetup the next day but he did not reply.
  
  5. Today, July 7, 2103 at around 9am I texted him to confirm our deal but again he did not reply. 1:45pm I tried calling him twice to ask him sana if he's on his way to our agreed meetup place but he refused to answer his phone. I texted him twice until I received a reply na nasa meeting daw sya. I can understand where you're coming from but the thing is if you're busy and could not make it today or any day for that matter why did you not even text me to inform me? Ganyan ka ba klaseng makipag-deal? Sabi ko na nga ba masama na kutob ko una pa lang but I am a man of my word unlike you who has no "Palabra de Honor". Sorry this has to be done to individuals like you because in TPC and TCP we don't treat each other the way you treated me. My position in this site has nothing to do with this failed transaction in fact I never introduced myself to anyone as part of management in my deals with a lot members at alam nila yan.
